I have experience acting as a guide, providing precise skill and genuine compassion to facilitate healing from childhood wounds that keep couples and individuals from living with clarity.  My non-judgmental attitude and acceptance helps clients learn to love and care for themselves while developing the awareness to quickly shift behaviors that no longer serve them.  As a result, I have helped couples and individuals heal, grow, and learn to navigate the uncertainty of life and partnership with new skills, greater confidence, and responsibility.

Recognizing that each individual and couple is on their own unique journey, I intuitively work with a blend of traditional and present moment experiential therapies to meet your unique needs.  For the last 22 years as a complement to my private practice skill set, I worked as a staff therapist with The Couple Center.
